Reduce attractants

Armadillos come in yards to find shelter and food. If you want to remove attractants for armadillos entirely, it is almost impossible, but you can take a few steps to make your yard less welcoming for armadillos.

Remove all those places that can be used as shelters like woodpiles, low lying bushes, and shrubs. Clean up all fallen fruits, leaves, and barriers. By doing this, you can make your yard less welcoming for armadillos.

Armadillo Traps
